About Nova

Nova is the Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at KKBC. She oversees internal operations, supports executive coordination across departments, and manages key administrative and organizational functions. Nova began her career in global human resource management, building a solid foundation across diverse organizations. She started as a Human Resources Supervisor at a Korean company, adeptly leading multicultural teams and fostering collaboration and talent development to achieve both team and organizational objectives. Her rapid progression to roles of greater responsibility demonstrated her leadership capabilities and her ability to drive organizational success. A notable achievement in Nova’s career includes leading a comprehensive restructuring initiative during her tenure as Human Resource Manager at Technology University. This initiative, crucial amid the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic, streamlined the HR framework and delivered substantial cost savings. Her leadership in implementing innovative remote work policies significantly enhanced employee engagement and productivity, especially during challenging times. With more than a decade of industry experience, Nova has honed her expertise in workforce management, employee relations, organizational development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, compliance regulations, and best practices.
